Tim Williams

Founder & CEO

Tim has worked with renowned specialty coffee brands across three continents, with a focus on building quality-driven coffee sourcing, roasting, and retailing operations.

Before founding Bureaux, Tim held senior roles with Workshop Coffee and Square Mile Coffee Roasters in London, as well as Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea in Los Angeles, and collaborated on Maison Kitsuné's 'Cafe Kitsuné' coffee bar in Paris.

Today, Tim's role covers green coffee buying, roasting, and supporting our team and our customers alike.

Haley Landry

Production Roaster

Born and raised in Halifax, Canada, Haley relocated to Vancouver B.C. in 2016 where she began her roasting career at Matchstick Coffee, running production roasting on their 6kg Giesen machine.

On moving to Melbourne in 2019, Haley joined our team where she works across production and sample roasting, quality control, and customer support.

Outside of work, Haley's most likely found cycling, hiking, and exploring the Victorian outdoors.

Matty Ball

Production Assistant

Matt’s had a diverse journey in coffee and before joining us in 2019, he’d worked alongside well known coffee companies in the UK, Australia and Canada.

Here at Bureaux, Matt broadly contributes to aspects of production, design and communications.

Outside of work, you’ll either find Matt catching up with friends at his favourite local or out in nature, exploring different parts of regional Victoria.
